She said tech support would email us a working serial number. We tried several times.) Then.after a long wait on hold.she finally came back and asked for an email address. That didn't work either (We made absolutely sure we entered the number correctly. A lady we could barely understand due to her foreign accent told us we could find the number on the box above the upc code. I then spied a long number with several dashes at the bottom of the front of the box. There were several numbers there.and we tried each one several times. Instructions said the serial number could be found on the DVD sleeve. Amazon shipped it on a DVD in a Corel box.
A friend called me asking that I install wp for him, as he is "computer illiterate." He bought it via Amazon.
